Property handovers drag on when notes, photos and meter readings have to be merged afterwards. With ImmoNote the protocol is created on site on your phone and ends up as a PDF.
Why digital instead of paper?
Paper and Excel work, and for a single handover a good template is often enough. The difference shows once photos, several appointments or several units come into play.

Photos per room
Every room gets its own photos. A crack in the windowsill or a stain on the carpet sits right next to its description and does not have to be matched up later.
Signature on site or via link
Both sides sign on the display. If someone is not present, they receive a link and sign remotely, without an app and without an account.
Work offline in the basement
Basements, garages and stairwells often have no reception. ImmoNote keeps working offline on every plan. With Premium, your data is synced via cloud sync as soon as a connection is back.
Follow-up inspection
If defects were recorded, you open the same protocol at the next appointment and tick off what has been fixed. Nothing needs to be recorded again and you see at once what is still open.
Meter readings and keys
Electricity, gas and water are recorded with meter number and reading, keys with type and count. Both appear in the PDF without manual copying.
PDF export and sharing
The finished protocol becomes a PDF that you can save, print or pass on directly.
