What is a handover protocol?
A handover protocol documents the condition of an apartment at move-in or move-out. It records meter readings, keys, defects and the general condition, and is signed by all parties involved.
Is ImmoNote free?
ImmoNote offers a free basic version. New companies get Premium free for 3 months; after that, the extended features are available with a Premium subscription.
How does the free trial work?
Every newly registered company uses ImmoNote with all Premium features for 3 months – automatically, without a code and without payment details. Afterwards the account switches to Free automatically, at no cost and without cancelling; your data is kept. If you want to keep Premium, you can subscribe in the account area during the trial. You are then only charged when the trial ends (immediately if less than 48 hours of the trial remain).
What devices does ImmoNote run on?
ImmoNote is available for iOS on the App Store and for Android on Google Play. With Premium, your data is kept in sync across your devices via cloud sync.
How much evidential value does the PDF protocol have?
The PDF documents condition, meter readings, keys and photos and contains the signatures of the parties with name, place and date. It can serve as evidence; whether it is sufficient in a dispute depends on the individual case. Signatures on the device or via link are not qualified electronic signatures.
Can I create multiple properties and apartments?
Yes, you can create as many properties with multiple apartments as you like. Each apartment can have its own rooms, keys and meters.
Is my data secure?
Your data is transmitted encrypted (TLS). With Premium it is stored encrypted on Google Firebase servers in the EU; we have a data processing agreement with Google under Art. 28 GDPR. Each company only sees its own data, and roles control access. On the Free plan, protocols stay locally on your device. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
